Accounts Receivable Representative

Foster Blue Water Oil is looking for a focused, bright, and industrious Accounts Receivable Representative to join our growing team. The position is full-time at our Richmond corporate office.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pacific Pride accounts receivable/billing.

• Inventory reconciliation.

• Back-up Fuel Management.

• Attention to detail is critical.

• Must meet daily deadlines.

• Customer Service.

• Accounts Receivable.

• Filing.

• Hours: 7 am

• 3:30 pm or 8 am

• 4:30 pm (1/2 hour unpaid lunch.)

• If needed, other duties as assigned by the Director or Office Manager.

Position Qualifications:

• Light Word and Excel experience

• Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external customers
