Lexington Rehab is a 190 bed Skilled Nursing facility with 3 units, located on the West End of Richmond, near Short Pump. Lexington has a loyal team focused on process improvements, solid consultant support, a vision for progressive change and an openness to creativity and initiative.

As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing oversight to resident care on their shift including:
Must be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse licensed by the Virginia Board of Nursing or compact state.
Preferred additional education: 2-year college degree
Preferred Experience: Long term care.
