Unified Collaboration Engineer

The Product Architect is a key contributor to the building of roadmaps for the technology products in their domain. They bring together technical and architectural skills to recommend the features and components that Barclays should develop and then build the architectural patterns and designs that enable successful delivery.

What will you be doing?

  • Support the creation & management of multiyear product roadmaps, aligning them to overall strategy for Collaboration Services.

  • Enable successful transition to the target state by structuring the product backlog into features and releases, identifying and understanding inter and intra product dependencies.

  • Create technical solutions at all levels of detail

  • Work within programs to successfully deliver product change and program objectives

  • Work with Domain Architects and the broader CTO community to develop the future technical and architectural state

  • Resolve challenges in product development in conjunction with vendors, engineering and defect managers.

  • Provide quality assurance of technical documentation and ensuring alignment to governance and standards

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience in architecting Unified Collaboration and Rich Media solutions for large global enterprises
  • 5+ years' experience in compliance and surveillance integrations with Unified Collaboration platforms
  • 5+ years' experience with global AV production platforms and solutions
  • 5+ years' experience across one or more technical areas such as infrastructure, applications, networks and development

Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Ability to understand technical challenges and define resolutions working in collaboration with technical and non-technical colleagues

  • Previous experience of working in Product focused role.

  • Knowledge of cloud services and key vendor UCaaS and SaaS solutions in the collaboration space

  • Ability to rapidly understand new technology and determine how to fit it into an existing environment to maximize value

  • Familiar with working in an Agile environment and able to deal with ambiguity and change

Assistant Manager, Media Analytics & Reporting The Assistant Manager, Media Analytics is responsible for executing the processes associated with automated media data collection of high integrity. The data will be analyzed (in conjunction with other disparate datasets) to identify optimization opportunities which will be presented as recommendations to the Marketing Group to guide where to invest future dollars. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Execute recurring data management tasks to QA our media data * Maintain and QA data mapping and activity between database to reporting visualization tools * Maintain and QA our data taxonomies to enable automated data ingestion processes * Regularly audit KPI's across Bayer's reporting portal and the ad account UI, to include platforms such as Trade Desk, DV360, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. * Execute and optimize the reporting production processes to meet deadlines * Update a digestible "Lessons Learned" infrastructure that is a playbook to inform digital execution * Collaborate on the establishment of enterprise digital standards and analytics best practices to ensure optimal channel activation and any recommended optimization based on greatest impact * Support Associate Manager as a direct report * Maintain daily contact with 3rd party agencies and technology vendors, but does not manage or own the relationship WHO YOU ARE Your success will be driven by your demonstration of our LIFE values.
