Our rheumatology program is thriving, and we're looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Rheumatologist to join our energetic team of three rheumatologists. Together, we are committed to growing our program and supporting the health and well-being of our patients.

What You'll Do:

• Patient Care: See 17 to 20 patients daily in our welcoming, modern clinic.
• Schedule: Enjoy a work-life balance with four patient-facing clinic days per week.
• Location: Our clinic is situated on the first floor of a beautiful, three-story multi-specialty building in Northampton, conveniently located just off Highway 91.
• Resources: Benefit from on-site lab and radiology services, cutting-edge technology, and a fully integrated EMR (EPIC).
• Focus on Quality: Here, it's all about quality and coordination of care-your efforts will be valued.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Salary:Starting at $254,000 for a 1.0 FTE, guaranteed for the first two years, with productivity-based salary thereafter.
• Bonuses: Attractive sign-on and retention bonuses to welcome you to our team!
