In this role, you have the opportunity to

Design and develop radio frequency (RF), Integrated Microwave Assemblies (IMAs) and higher level systems while supporting program tasks as well as detailed RF/Microwave system and component analysis and design.

You are responsible for

  • The detailed design and analysis of RF Integrate Microwave Assemblies (IMAs), receivers and transmitters.

  • Developing the functional specifications for RF receiver or transmitter sub-systems.

  • The detailed RF Chain analyses

  • The detailed design and schematic capture of the electronic circuits.

  • Ensuring that PCB layout design meets design requirements.

  • Developing, executing and reporting design verification tests on prototypes.

  • Providing support and guidance for the development of automated methods for sub-system testing.

  • The release of the engineering design package to the production configuration management system.

  • Working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

You are a part of

The pre-sale and/or post-sale support of company Microwave and RF products/systems. Providing technical proposal support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products to ensure that the system is functioning according to specifications.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, Master's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of related experience

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

  • Strong technical problem solving skills

  • Being customer focused

  • Simulation Based experience software such as AWR linear, nonlinear and EM tools experience

  • AWR Visual System Simulator

  • AutoCAD and Solidworks a plus

  • PCB Layout tools

  • Ability to apply the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various products and services

  • Ability to make technical decisions in the context of business needs and expectations

Ensures consistent quality and accuracy in decorative designs by preparing Bakery Department merchandise based on daily production needs; operating Bakery equipment; following recipe measurement instructions; utilizing specialized decorating skills to complete Company approved designs; working with a variety of products (for example, decorating bags, tips, nozzles) to create decorative flowers and lettering on bakery items (for example, cakes, cupcakes, pies) in order to complete the bakery items decorative design; following Members' orders/specifications using appropriate designs, colors, and utensils; and properly wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise. Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member; identifying their needs; assisting with purchasing decisions; utilizing selling techniques to promote department sales; taking bakery orders in person or by phone; locating merchandise; managing production to ensure members orders are delivered on time; keeping sales area and backroom in stock; and resolving issues and concerns. Maintains safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, following company steel standard guidelines, and correcting/reporting unsafe situations to management. Maintains the Sales Floor in the Bakery area in accordance with Company policies and procedures by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
