Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement plasma generation and process power concepts for a wide range of applications in a significantly complex product portfolio

  • Technical lead and/or execute engineering projects and spearhead research and development of new technologies, as appropriate

  • Problem identification and troubleshooting a wide range of significantly complex engineering problems in existing designs

  • Specify and/or perform engineering analysis of significant complex scope

  • Interface with internal and external customers regarding significantly complex electrical issues to address customers High Value Problems (HVP) for a range of products

  • Independently generate product specifications, collaborate and manage vendors, and define OEM testing

  • Specify the development of design and/or modify engineering assemblies, layout/schematics and/or detailed drawings/specifications of significantly complex scope

  • Define, coordinate, perform and document engineering tests

  • Occasional travel to other company offices, vendor and customer sites

  • Regarded as a technical expert in process power and its application to plasma processing, with associated track record of projects/products

  • Demonstrates in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines related to the design of Semiconductor Capital Equipment Tools.

Job Description: * RF engineering activities supporting the design, development and optimization of a wireless network. * Performing radio propagation modeling and prediction to determine cell site location, determining equipment and power configurations, forecasting channel capacity requirements, planning and optimizing system traffic and developing design standards to ensure system quality. * Providing technical leadership and expertise to less experienced engineers. * Responsible for conducting moderately complex network system administration and design engineering activities to maximize network capacity. * Performs engineering functions related to interconnect equipment and facilities, signaling systems, switches and traffic. * Responsible for independently performing professional engineering assignments in functional area which involves the planning, evaluation and substantial adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures and criteria. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent * 2-4 years related work experience * Experience with ENM, LSM, Netact OSS for site performance * Needs to be experienced with Atoll, MapInfo and site selection basics * Please show experience with ATP Triage Engineering (Site Test Acceptance) * Create/Complete SCIP Approval,RFDS, NST, CIQ forms to support new and existing site designs and upgrades, * Perform site walks/drive tests for pre-construction SINR verification, and recommend macro site changes if needed. * Perform site walks/drive tests for post on-air stability, and prep to hand-off for optimization work.
