We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will conduct phone review collection from customers of the ConsumerAffairs Accredited brands. The successful candidate would have a high level of energy and the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.


  • Conduct quality phone review collection by reading from scripts
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and establish a positive rapport with every consumer
  • Prepare data on a monthly basis to prepare for consumer calling schedule
  • Generate accurate daily reports and file preparation for moderation and transcription


  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
