Summary

The Revenue Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in providing essential support to the Revenue Department. The Revenue Support Specialist will maintain accurate and efficient billing and receivable processes, working in a fast-paced environment with a large team. This role must maintain excellent attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and a professional and open communication style.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate/efficient billing and receivable processes.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in client collections including follow-up with clients and support staff as needed.

  • Maintain and update client and staff data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

  • Collaborate with the revenue team to resolve A/R discrepancies and issues promptly.

  • Prepare and review invoices and A/R statements, ensuring they are complete and accurate.

  • Support the team in preparing financial reports and data analysis using Excel.

  • Assist in the development and improvement of billing/collection processes and systems.

  • Communicate professionally and openly with clients and team members, addressing inquiries and concerns.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.

  • Be a self-starter, taking the initiative to contribute to the success of the team and department.

  • Adapt to changes in processes and be open to learning and adopting new skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • 2-3 years of related work experience

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe, Outlook, and other relevant software.

  • Previous experience with professional billable services is preferred.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent professionalism and open communication skills with a strong focus on customer service for clients and within the firm.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Willingness to adapt to new skills and processes.

  • Ability to look for efficient solutions when challenges arise.

Success Factors:

  • Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, in English.

  • Must be able to keep client matters strictly confidential.

  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.

Pay Range: $50,000 - $65,000.
