Insider Studios, Insider Inc.'s branded content team, is hiring a Revenue Product Manager to oversee the strategic development of new lines of business. The Revenue Product Manager will be responsible for the entire development process, from conceptualization to the delivery of marketing materials and accompanying training. This position requires creativity and grit in addition to strong communication skills and business sense.

Applicants must be self-motivated, independent thinkers with an ability to build trust and relationships across multiple departments. He or she must be able to take input from a range of sources from junior sales leads to executive management to trade reports to find and fill gaps in Insider Inc.'s product offering. An ability to see through multiple projects, maintain a portfolio, and back decisions with data with minimal oversight is a must.
This position reports to the VP of Insider Studios.
Responsibilities
Develop scalable products for B2B and B2C brands and marketers to purchase directly from our sales team
Bring insights and opportunities to executive management across multiple media brands and business owners
Work with Media Planning + Strategy and the Research + Insights team to ensure top and bottom line revenue growth across new and existing media products
Lead Ad Solutions, Ad Operations, and Product + Tech products, tactics, and campaigns that deliver on measurable KPIs
Review existing portfolio of marketing products for consistency and effectiveness
Track adoption and success of new products and make necessary adjustments based on performance and market feedback
Skills
Understands ad tech, modern media, and marketing trends
Strong grasp of content distribution and content strategy
Has managed multiple, simultaneous projects to completion
Ability to present ideas and facilitate discussions
Keen business sense to analyze profitability, scalability, and market fit of new and existing products
Project management skills necessary to work across departments and sell projects internally
Ability to train sales team and assist in closing deals when needed
An eye for and understanding of good marketing collateral and assets
