About the Role:

GoodRx is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to support day-to-day functions related to the execution and ongoing management of data, reporting, and operational processes. The goal of this role and team is to maximize the revenue potential of our prescriptions marketplace while helping patients save money.

Our ideal candidate will be proactive, inquisitive, experienced working with large data sets, and able to communicate and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional setting. They will enjoy finding ways to do things faster and better. They will also be flexible and comfortable navigating change by adjusting priorities and tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will take pride in seeing how the little things they do contribute to the big picture.

Experience in healthcare at a Pharmacy Benefit Manager, Pharmaceutical company, or major Retail Pharmacy is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure flawless and timely execution of revenue-generating reporting processes

• Clearly communicate and implement updates from our business partners

• Analyze and interpret multiple sources of data to explain changes and troubleshoot unexpected results as needed

• Perform regular reviews and cleansing of our data to ensure integrity

• Identify gaps and implement SOPs to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and strengthen process infrastructure

• Create and maintain documentation of key processes and data

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, and 2+ years related experience

• Comfortable independently reviewing and validating large data sets

• Proficiency with Excel

• Experience in extracting data using SQL and utilizing visualization tools such as Looker

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proven team player with positive attitude who adapts easily to a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Bonus points: Experience at a tech-driven company, and/or information systems or related field

• Bonus points: Experience in healthcare at a Pharmacy Benefit Manager, Pharmaceutical company, or major Retail Pharmacy

• West Coast preferred (Santa Monica)

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. San Francisco and Seattle Offices:

$86,000.00 - $138,000.00

New York Office:

$79,000.00 - $127,000.00

Santa Monica Office:

$72,000.00 - $115,000.00

Other Office Locations:

$65,000.00 - $104,000.00
