We are looking for someone to join the Revenue Operations team as our Revenue Operations Sr Manager, Process & Systems. You will work alongside the team to build, optimize and/or enhance existing systems and processes leveraged by our Capacity, Business Operations, Marketing and Revenue teams.

In this role, you will serve as a key operational partner to the GTM functions, managing Sales & Post-Sales Operations and Enablement teams. You will help establish improved processes for goal-setting, forecasting, reporting, and tooling, and work cross-functionally to ensure that CoreWeave's GTM functions are well-equipped to surpass their targets. This is a crucial position where your contributions will directly influence CoreWeave's growth and customer engagement strategies.

Revenue Systems: Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Tableau, Mosaic, ChiliPiper, Hubspot, NetSuite, Prometheus, Grafana.

What you'll do:

  • Support CoreWeave revenue systems strategy and roadmap to ensure revenue team is operating efficiently & effectively.

  • Enhance existing revenue processes and stand-up new processes that improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Own the execution of key cross-functional initiatives: design solutions, manage timelines, partner on key decisions, issues and implementation, and documentation.

  • Develop and document end-to-end processes and process-related artifacts such as business requirements documents, flow charts, value stream maps, etc.

  • Translate business objectives and requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.

  • Evaluate the efficacy of existing operational processes & tools and support the development and rollout of new tools.

  • Provide training as needed to support end users through business process or system changes.

  • Understand our existing processes & tools for supporting the CoreWeave revenue team, including:

  • Salesforce contact, account, and opportunity management, end-to-end revenue process, and the tech stack of the revenue team.

  • You finalize discovery of existing processes & tools to begin to prioritize where you can add the most value, with an output of a list of workstreams and recommended prioritization.

What you'll need:

  • 7+ years combined experience within Sales Ops, Revenue Operations, Marketing Ops, Data Analysis, and/or working directly with Salesforce.

  • A firm understanding of data structures of CRM systems. Salesforce experience preferred.

  • Experience working cross-functionally to manage complex projects and stakeholders.

  • Highly analytical & data driven with ability to coordinate well cross functionally.

  • Experience with high-growth companies a plus.

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Proven ability to translate business objectives and requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $200,000-$220,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
