As the Process Automation & Excellence Manager (Lead to Opportunity, Vertical: Marketing), you will report to the Sr. Manager, Process Automation & Excellence and work closely with GTM Leadership and various Operations and Systems teams to drive process alignment and increase business efficiencies. You'll recommend, build consensus, scope and run cross-functional programs and processes within the Marketing vertical that have a direct impact on our operational efficiency and top-line growth of all revenue channels. This role will focus and partner closely with key internal marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment within the CRO organization by scoping, prioritizing, and executing key GTM initiatives that directly affect revenue. You'll work alongside team members who are smart and driven, passionate about their work, and thoughtful and caring in their interactions with colleagues and customers.

What You Will Do:

  • Become a trusted advisor and partner with Marketing business stakeholders to help brainstorm, draft, implement, improve, and maintain our top-of-funnel processes.

  • Collaborate with the broader Business Technologies team to outline and clearly articulate the why and how behind projects/ programs and the required system changes behind them while communicating and rationalizing competing priorities against available resources to focus the business and team on the highest impact initiatives.

  • Work with the Go-to-Market Operations, Sales Operations, Enablement, Product Marketing, New Business Sales, Sales Development, Account Management, Demand Planning, and Finance teams to execute revenue-driving programs and transformational changes, while ensuring alignment and successful implementation of these projects/programs.

  • Improve and implement best practices across the organization to Marketing Operations.

  • Develop and maintain thoughtful KPIs & scorecards to measure process effectiveness and success of improvement initiatives.

  • Drive continuous improvement of Lead routing systems, campaign attribution models, and partnership reseller processes while optimizing for revenue.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue, Marketing, or Business Operations at a SaaS-based company.

  • BA/BS degree in a finance, marketing, or business-oriented field or equivalent practical experience

  • Understanding of key marketing KPIs, lead routing, and MarTech Systems such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Tableau.

  • Deep experience leveraging a variety of business systems to solve complex problems that drive business outcomes

  • Ability to work through ambiguity, manage up, and build consensus across a variety of teams and stakeholders

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute proactively instead of reactively and lead a project from conception to completion

  • Strong attention to detail and numbers

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work with, communicate and document complex business processes to executive leadership

Bonus Qualifications:

  • High level of familiarity with B2B SaaS marketing best practices

  • Strong understanding of the sales and marketing funnel from MQL to revenue

  • Experience supporting sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce, Distribution Engine, and Marketo

  • Familiarity with relational databases, data hierarchies, and working with structured data inside of CRM and outside of CRM (Excel/ Tableau)

  • Experience with a highly varied and distributed tool stack across the entire customer journey

  • Ability to work directly with senior leadership to get clarity on a path forward and manage expectations

  • Experience managing at least 3 marketing transformation projects or technical tool implementations

  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS marketing industry best practices, common tools, and hands-on experience administering or building with these tools to solve common marketing problems.

This is a hybrid position, working a minimum of three days per week from one of our US office locations.

The US base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $82,000 + annual bonus + benefits.
