About This Position

Joining the Revenue Operations team, this role based in Atlanta is essential for enhancing our operations in the U.S., offering direct support to a team of 15 spanning both Atlanta and Chicago.

The position integrates growth initiatives with fundamental Revenue Operations responsibilities, collaborating closely with key U.S. leadership figures including Christine De Wendel (CEO of U.S. operations), Caroline Ward (Sales Team Lead for the U.S.), and Ethan Conner (Operations Director for the U.S.).

Reporting to Robin Iss, the Global Head of Revenue Operations who is based in Paris, you will work in close collaboration with international RevOps colleagues Coralie Boissel and Olivia Teixeira Lima.

Despite the international scope of your role, a significant presence in the Atlanta office is required (3 days a week). Here, you will directly engage with our U.S. team to enhance our technical capabilities, streamline our revenue operations, and deploy strategic automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Growth

  • Outbound Operations: Improve outbound sequencing in the U.S., creating tailored sequences that utilize specific, compelling content.

  • Marketing Email Support: Assist with all local marketing initiatives and communications.

  • Ads & Digital Content Support: Support the production of captivating quick facecam videos with the local team for U.S. advertising campaigns (considered a secondary priority as this skill can be outsourced, yet a strong technical and data-driven comprehension is vital).

Sales Efficiency

  • Lead Identification & Scoring: Compile lists of potential leads and support with territory mapping in the U.S.

  • Sales Enablement: Assist in managing duplicate records, scoring existing accounts, and ensuring CRM data cleanliness.

  • Pipeline Optimization: Assist with reporting on sales performance indicators (KPIs) and advocate for sales methodologies.

  • Internal SalesOps Support: Offer support to the sales team by responding to internal inquiries while the European team is offline

Operations Efficiency

  • Support the GTM Strategy in the U.S.: Implement processes within the revenue engine to facilitate the launch of new products and the deployment of strategic projects.

  • Support for Onboarding Automation in the U.S.: Streamline QR code workflows and SaaS billing through automation.

  • Support for Portfolio Management in the U.S.: Oversee alerting systems and manage partnerships.

  • Internal Local Ops Support: Provide support for the local operations team, addressing internal inquiries while the European team is offline

Your Profile

We are in search of candidates who offer a distinctive mix of analytical sharpness, technical expertise, and profound insights into customer-facing roles, including Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success.

The ideal applicant will harbor a fervent enthusiasm for automation, process refinement, and data analysis.

They should demonstrate proficient capabilities in utilizing no-code tools and show adeptness at collaborating on multifaceted projects with a team.

Experience with Salesforce CRM, GoogleSheet, or tools such as zapier, n8n, Chargebee, customer.io, MixMax, Hightouch, or similar platforms would be a plus, showcasing a proactive approach to leveraging technology for streamlined operations.
