The Role

As the Revenue Operations Manager, Quote to Cash, you'll report to the VP of GTM Operations and Business Intelligence. This role will work across the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes within Salesforce and Stripe. You'll collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Contracts teams to streamline operations. An ideal candidate will be diligent, organized, and a process architect. They will be comfortable working cross-functionally and owning business outcomes related to revenue capture and top-line growth.

The Work You Will Do

  • Serve as the business process owner for Salesforce and Stripe for end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes, including Month-End-Close, Quoting, Contracts, Legal, Accounts Receivable, and Collections.

  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting leadership to streamline processes and improve business efficiencies. Scope and prioritize partner roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

  • Ensure alignment with Revenue Recognition and Revenue Reporting requirements

  • Own cross-functional programs and processes to enhance operational execution and drive top-line growth

  • Work closely with broader Finance Operations, Systems, and Data Analytics teams to optimize Salesforce and other relevant systems.

  • Partner with sales leadership to own deal desk processes insuring consistency in quoting and proposal creation, and delivery

  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction through efficient Quote-to-Cash Processes

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations at a SaaS based company

  • Experience in Salesforce and Stripe

  • Experience using a variety of business systems to solve complex problems that drive business outcomes

  • Ability to work through ambiguity, manage up, and build consensus across a variety of teams and partners

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to proactively implement and lead a project from conception to completion.

  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS business industry standard processes, common tools, and hands on experience administering or building with these tools to solve common business problems

  • Familiarity with relational databases, data hierarchies and working with structured data inside of CRM and outside of CRM (Excel/ Tableau)

  • Ability to work directly with senior leadership, outline business challenges with analytic rigor, quantify the next steps, and manage expectations.

The base salary range for this position is $71,000-$112,000 per year.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
