The Revenue Operations Analyst will analyze data and produce reports to support the revenue cycle leaders in their evaluation of the effectiveness of the revenue cycle and identify areas for improvement. The Analyst will track key performance indicators for Myriad Genetics Inc entities and identify root causes of successes or variances. These indicators will include:
Medical record request rates
The Analyst will be expected to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines for regular reporting cycles. Monthly reporting will have strict deadlines that may limit time off and require extra hours to meet deadlines.
The Analyst may also be asked to perform quality assurance audits of pre-authorization representatives, assist with project-based tasks and reporting and assist with fulfilling audit requests. Therefore, an understanding of healthcare revenue cycle will be critical to success in this role. This role reports to the Sr Manager of Business Intelligence in Revenue Operations. Up to 10% travel may be required.

Only applicants with a Bachelor's degree in a Business field, Informatics or Information Systems will be considered. Applicants with at least 1-2 years of experience in medical billing, revenue cycle functions is required. Experience using Xifin, Business Objects or Qlikview is preferred.
