The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical and informational support to all Revenue teams. In addition to ad hoc support, they will be responsible for proactively developing recommendations and crafting solutions to complex business issues, with the goal of driving revenue growth. This role will also be a steward of data cleanliness and charged with designing and implementing data best practices.
Support Revenue teams with ad hoc analytical & operational support
Monitors the accuracy - and is responsible for the efficient distribution - of sales reports and other data essential to the Revenue organization
Administering, managing, analyzing, and reporting sales forecasting & various sales tools
Become a trusted advisor to sales leadership in all aspects related to technology and data
SKILLS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of Sales or Sales/Revenue Operations experience (required)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Marketing, Finance or other business-related fields (highly preferred)
Excellent level of Excel skills [i.e. data structuring, pivot tables, v-lookups] (required)
Thorough knowledge of Salesforce.com and its reporting capabilities (preferred)
Familiarity with the inner workings of inbound/outbound sales activity (preferred)
Experience supporting business planning (preferred)
Xactly experience (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Enjoys the pace and excitement of working with a sales force within a high-growth business
Exceptional at structuring, interpreting, and presenting analysis
Strong problem solving and collaboration skills
Highly organized with obsessive attention to details
