Role Summary:

GE Healthcare is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Revenue Marketing COE as a Data & Analytics Leader. Our ideal candidate will manage the integration and operationalization of core data sources for commercial use across US & Canada including Installed Based and Contact Management. This role will interface with Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations and IT and requires an understanding of marketing strategy and data analytics.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Aggregate, analyze and report IB from multiple core data sources (i.e. Siebel, Salesforce, IMV, etc.) for integration into sales and marketing planning

  • Work with product & regional Marketing to understand their needs & goals and supply sales teams with IB data and analytics required for execution of growth objectives

  • Lead efforts with the modalities and Commercial Operations team to integrate installed base data into Salesforce and administer the IB data governance strategy

  • Drive/facilitate data governance strategy for contact management within Salesforce

  • Contribute to business case for new processes and technology enhancements for improved access and adoption of Salesforce

  • Develop metrics, generate reports and dashboards, and communicate actionable insights that will inform and influence commercial and product strategies, approach, and timelines for marketing managers

  • Must be able to articulate results of analysis to marketing and sales leaders and leverage best practices across the US and Canada.

  • Contribute to the U.S. & Canada region growth strategy and ensure alignment with technology platforms (e.g. Salesforce)

Qualifications/Requirements:
1.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or related field
2.3+ years' experience in Microsoft Excel & Access with skills in data compilation and aggregation (e.g. pivot tables, VLookup, etc)
3.Prior experience and knowledge working in Salesforce/CRM
4.Excellent oral and written communications skills
5.Strong analytical and process skills
6.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Marketing and/or sales teams
7.Self-starter who takes initiative to achieve goals

Desired Characteristics:
1.MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
2.8+ years' experience in marketing, product marketing or related field
3.Marketing experience in market & customer insights, product commercialization or commercial operations
4.Healthcare product/industry acumen
5.Experience in setting project plans, prioritizing and working effectively towards key milestones
6.Successful experience working in team environment
7.Exceptional drive, creativity and able to balance multiple projects
8.High energy, works proactively and demonstrates flexibility in approach to changing work priorities
9.Successful experience working in team environment ability work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
