This is an exciting role that supports the leadership team and Patient Account Specialist teammates.

Essential duties and responsibilities are:

1. health of the pod, ensuring teammates are taking effective actions to reduce Pod inventory through onboarding, huddles, audits, training and development

2. Create a special place by leading the DaVita Way

3. Assist Supervisors and Managers with overall inventory management; deep diving payer issues, escalating issues, assigning projects

4. Assist in cross lane partnership by collaborating with other teams when necessary and strengthening the network and resources of the Team

5. Assist with required team reporting-Outlier, SOX, JV Accounts, AR review files

Salary/ Wage Range

$20.50 - $27.00 / hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
