We want you on our team...Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester, an 18 minute drive from Lexington, KY is searching for a Full-time, day shift Revenue Integrity Specialist to join our Health Information and Management Department. This position will work between Clark Regional Medical Center and Bourbon Community Hospital in Paris, KY (housed at Bourbon Community) and will be responsible for ensuring all appropriate billing charges are being captured, documented, charged and reimbursed for the assigned departments and facilities in accordance with policies and procedures, and applicable regulatory standards and requirements.

Essential functions for position include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for reviewing and maintaining charge description master (CDM), and/or other pertinent regulations and policies, ensuring all data elements are accurate and comply with all payor requirements.
Resolves issues that arise from information submitted and revenue cycle issues
Provides validation reviews, audits, documentation and training for the area of knowledge, sharing information with Finance, Medical Records and other revenue producing areas or departments.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
