Summary:

What your team does:

Revenue Enablement supports the Revenue organization with the tools, technology, content, training, process, and support necessary to do their jobs effectively and meet revenue targets. This looks like onboarding new hires, building effective content (like playbooks), ongoing skills reinforcement, etc.

Who you are:

You will be the knowledge management owner for our Revenue teams and will ensure our implementation of Seismic, Seismic Learning, etc. are successful and delivering strong ROI to the business. You will be responsible for enabling our teams on these tools, measuring success, and identifying areas of opportunity for development or improvement.You will also support ongoing Continuing Education initiatives.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience managing or implementing Seismic. The ideal candidate will be someone who is comfortable managing projects, excited to solve problems, driven to provide and prove impact, and highly organized. You need to thrive in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment, where change and new challenges are common.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage our instances of Seismic, Seismic Learning, Gong, Consensus, and select other tools in our Sales and CS tech stack

  • Build and deploy maintenance and governances plans

  • Serve as subject matter expert on these tools

  • Collaborate with Revenue Enablement and stakeholder teams to ensure these tools are structured, maintained, and aligned to Clio's needs, goals, and objectives

  • Assess usage, adoption, content performance, engagement, and other key metrics and report findings to stakeholders

  • Provide insight into success of Revenue Enablement programs and initiatives through learning and content metrics

  • Partner with stakeholders, like Marketing, to ensure proper processes are in place for content ownership

  • Manage user groups and team structures to ensure proper access in an efficient way

  • Create and provide training on tech stack for end users

  • Develop world-class enablement content that supports all revenue roles

  • Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, best practices, policies, playbooks, etc.

  • Improve, refine, and maintain existing content

  • Develop and manage the revenue content library

  • Collaborate with Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to identify highest-impact content priorities

  • Deliver virtual and live onboarding continuous education sessions across multiple revenue roles

  • Assist and support Revenue Enablement initiatives as needed

What you may have:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, or related field preferred

  • Experience with Seismic or other Enablement technology is required

  • A self-starter

  • Commitment to learning and staying up to date on industry best practices

  • Ability to manage projects from conception to completion

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Collaborative, creative, and accountable business partner

  • Ability to effectively manage deadlines, ambiguity and change

  • Strong strategic, conceptual, and decision-making skills preferred

  • Innovative. The ideal candidate is never satisfied with the status quo and is always looking for the next best way to do the work or accomplish goals

The expected salary range* for this role is $74,800 to $101,200 CAD. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.

  • Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
