About the Role
As the Revenue Enablement Manager, you will play a crucial role in equipping Riskified's Go-To-Market teams with the skills and knowledge needed to excel. You will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive training strategy leveraging integrated content, coaching, and best practices for our GTM teams. This role requires creativity, self-motivation, and autonomy to identify training needs, design engaging curriculum, and ensure consistency and effectiveness across teams. We need someone with sales training experience who is excited to play a crucial role in training our teams to help bring success and revenue to Riskified!
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and execute a training strategy for GTM teams (including sales and account management)
Create playbooks, battle cards, and various training materials tailored to different personas
Manage the full lifecycle of training design, development, and execution while focused on outcomes and value-selling approaches
Build and maintain a repository of on-demand learning assets such as videos, presentations, and other resources
Design assessments to measure the effectiveness of training and learner performance
Create and manage e-learning courses, certifications, and reporting within our LMS
Stay updated on the latest enablement trends, technologies, and methodologies
Qualifications
4+ years of experience delivering impactful training for sales and account management teams in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in enablement trends, technologies, and methodologies, with a strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
Excellent group facilitation skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly earn trust and tailor training approaches to diverse audiences
Data-driven mindset; able to use data to measure and optimize enablement efforts
Strategic problem-solving abilities with a focus on understanding business needs and applying the right solutions
The base salary range for this position is $105,000-$120,000. This range is applicable to candidates who will perform the job either wholly, or in part, within New York City.
