Health IQ is adding to its service operations team to ensure all our clients needs are met, and sales opportunities are exhausted. This is a unique role positioned to care for our clients, internal departments, and our insurance partners. You must be passionate about both sales and service to both resolve issues and ensure client-satisfaction with their purchase, which helps safeguard our revenue while retaining our clients. If you enjoy being at the center of the action and can deal with rapidly changing and ambiguous situations, Health IQ has a spot for you.
What you will be doing:
White-glove sales and service to approved clients to find additional insurance needs in order to exceed client conversion and offer placement targets
Coordinating placement efforts with SDR, agents, case management, and delivery teams
4 hours minimum of daily talk time
Partner with Health IQ underwriting operations to expand screening programs & assist with offer loss
Daily followup of emails, text messages and own pipeline of files in delivery
Research and resolve any issues encountered while processing day to day tasks
Additional office tasks as needed such as processing reports, faxes, as well as email management
What you will have:
High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
Life Insurance License - We will get you appointed with multiple carriers, in multiple states
Strong Insurance Industry knowledge
Carrier Underwriting Knowledge
Professional and effective communication skills
Extreme willingness to learn and succeed
