We are searching for a talented Revenue Cycle-Patient Access Coordinator

Hours: 24 FLEX 32 hrs

Shift: Day shift; 7:30am

• 4:00pm

Location: Southcoast Business Center

• Fairhaven, MA/Hybrid

Travel: Driving on average 3 or more times per week required

Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours.

Responsibilities

Position reports to the Manager of Revenue Integrity and Coding Education, or designee. Check-in and check-out patients at assigned practice(s). Perform various operational support functions including rescheduling cancelled visits, running revenue reconciliation reports, greeting patients, answer and direct telephone calls. Perform various clerical and administrative functions.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Finance, business, healthcare, or related fields required, or equivalent related experience.

• Good computer and typing skills are required.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required.

• Good organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.

• Medical coding and/or billing experience preferred.

• Epic experience is preferred.

• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Pay Range

USD $19.08 - USD $32.52 /Hr.
