Position Title: Manager, Revenue Cycle Operations

Department: Corporate Financial Services

Reports to: Vice President of Finance

Supervises: Corporate Revenue Cycle Staff

Entry Level Qualifications:

Business degree from an AACSB accredited university and five (5) years of business office and related revenue cycle experience. Must have demonstrated success in change management, problem-solving, and process improvement. Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience. Must have good personal interaction skills, including demonstrated success in partnering and communicating with peers, health care operational and support leaders and clinicians. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and have good organizational skills.
1.Must be able to see at 20/40 corrected in each eye and hear (hearing aid acceptable).
2.Must be able to continuously sit for approximately 6 hours per 8 hour shift.
3.Must be able to walk within the facility a total of approximately 1 mile per 8 hour shift.
4.Must be emotionally and physically capable of functioning under stressful situations.
5.If recovering, one year of continuous verifiable abstinence.

General Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for achieving and maintaining a properly functioning revenue cycle process across the Company. The key performance areas include: exceptional revenue cycle and cash collection outcomes; continuous process improvement and use of technology to leverage efficiency; patient satisfaction; and employee satisfaction. The Manager of Revenue Cycle Operations serves in a leadership role to ensure the financial viability of the Company and to achieve optimal enterprise revenue cycle results; set and accomplish strategic, operational, and IT initiatives; and meet the highest standard for compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Essential Responsibilities:
1.Meets established revenue cycle performance measures (KPI's) and cash collection targets including, but not limited to, net days in AR, % of AR < 90 days, cost to collect.
2. recruits, retains, and trains a high performance and talented revenue cycle staff. establishes high staff satisfaction and engagement as reflected in low turn-over rates, responsive resolution of complaints, and satisfactory employee/employer relations.
3. achieves annual operating and strategic goals and budget objectives for areas of responsibility.
4. contributes to the institutional knowledge of the latest trends, practices, and state-of-the-art technology as applicable to assigned areas of responsibility. continuous improvement of departmental processes and leverage of available technologies.
5. demonstrates a working knowledge in the areas of patient access, financial clearance, billing, denial management, cash and collections management, health insurance practices, industry regulatory requirements, pfs/business office operations, ar and financial reporting.
6. participates effectively as a member of the finance division. demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills in interactions with peers, staff, patients and family members. communications, both verbal and written, demonstrate a commitment to optimal patient experience.
7. has the ability to solve problems, think outside-the-box, and be resourceful; is result-oriented and self-starter.
8. consistently instills a positive service-minded attitude and feeling of pride in a job well done by the staff by demonstrating enthusiasm and team spirit.
9. develops goals for professional growth and strives to achieve those goals.
10. keeps abreast of up-to-date revenue cycle improvements and changes. makes changes for recommends alternatives to enhance cash collections and/or strengthen the company's internal controls and compliance with state and federal requirements.
11. identifies and reports any payer or contract issues to vp of finance as necessary.
12. demonstrates a commitment to courteous, sincere, and sensitive patient experience. presents a positive and caring attitude in all interactions with clients, visitors, and staff.

This "do it all approach" is best utilized while working a non-traditional schedule including day, evenings and weekend hours. Regional Managers of Service Revenue will be expected to handle delicate situations pertaining to customers and their service with Vivint. They will be asked to manage their client base independently in their desired market. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Selling and Installing equipment upgrades to existing Vivint Smart Home Customers. * Interact and communicate well with current Vivint customers. * Exhibit professional appearance and conduct while providing a world-class customer experience. * Install, service and maintain Smart Home equipment in customers' homes. * Explain and provide detailed system capabilities and operational instructions to customers. * Accurately complete necessary paperwork with customers * Be able to confidently assist customers and resolve any and all issues the customer might bring up.
