As a Revenue Cycle Manager, you will lead and oversee all aspects of our revenue cycle operations for both the clinic and pharmacy operations. This position is responsible for optimizing financial performance by ensuring efficient and compliant claims processing, maximizing reimbursements, and minimizing denials. This position audits and monitors billing and coding-related data, ensures procedural compliance with billing, coding and privacy regulations, proactively identifies billing and coding issues, and conducts provider training as needed. This leadership role is critical in driving continuous improvement across the revenue cycle and collaborating with various departments to ensure a smooth patient financial experience.
The Revenue Cycle Manager should have strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. They should also be familiar with medical billing, Medicaid, and Medicare, and have knowledge of professional fee billing, reimbursement, and third-party payer regulation.
The Opportunity
o Provides leadership to billing and coding staff to ensure timely, accurate and complete processing of daily tasks
o Provides guidance, motivation and direction to staff members, including goal setting, mentoring and performance management
o Orients and trains new staff and plans for the continuing education for current staff members
o Conducts in-service training and continued education for clinical staff and providers related to billing and coding
