Responsible for the management of the Revenue Cycle Education and QA department through collaboration with the Revenue Cycle leadership team. Able to develop and effectively deliver all education and quality assurance support, allowing operational areas to function effectively and with financial integrity.
Responsible for oversight of the Revenue Cycle Education and Quality Assurance teams to include coordination of training and education programs, curriculum content, materials and delivery, compliance education, and policies and procedures. Directly supervises Credentialed Trainers, Education Specialists, and Quality Assurance Specialists. Functions as an Administrator of OneLink Learning for the Revenue Cycle, to include creation of courses, assignment of courses, and monitoring of compliance. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
