The Revenue Cycle Architect will manage revenue cycle integration, workflow and technical design across all revenue cycle solutions and venues. You will articulate operational and financial impacts of workflow and technical decisions to client and Cerner project teams; represent leadership expectations for testing strategy, issue management, conversion readiness and post-conversion responsibilities to Cerner and client stakeholders. The Revenue Cycle Architect will manage project escalations tracking, status and client expectations as point of contact for revenue cycle leadership and lead clinically driven revenue cycle (CDRC) conversations across venues. You will work closely with CIO, CFO and revenue cycle leadership to define financial metrics, key performance indicators (KPI's) and reporting prior to conversion and participate in legacy accounts receivable planning conversations and decisions.

Bachelor's degree in General Studies or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 3 years of technology implementation work experience
At least 1 year of Health Care Revenue Cycle or Cerner Millennium Revenue Cycle consulting work experience
Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) Healthcare Financial Management Association
Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) Healthcare Financial Management Association
Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
Must reside near a major international airport or wiling to relocate to Kansas City, MO
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
