As a Revenue Cycle Architect you manage revenue cycle integration, workflow and technical design across all revenue cycle solutions and venues; articulate operational and financial impacts of workflow and technical decisions to client and Cerner project teams; represent leadership expectations for testing strategy, issue management, conversion readiness and post-conversion responsibilities to Cerner and client stakeholders; and manage project escalations tracking, status and client expectations as point of contact for revenue cycle leadership. You also lead clinically driven revenue cycle (CDRC) conversations across venues; work closely with CIO, CFO, and revenue cycle leadership to define financial metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting prior to conversion; and participate in legacy accounts receivable planning conversations and decisions.

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
At least 1 year of health care revenue cycle consulting work experience
At least 3 years of technology implementation work experience
Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) - Healthcare Financial Management Association
Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) - Healthcare Financial Management Association
Design and issue resolution experience
Understanding of multiple revenue cycle solutions such as registration, scheduling, HIM, charge services, patient accounting.
Reside in or be willing to relocate to the greater Kansas City, MO area
Ability to travel 0-20%
