About your role:
At FANDOM, Revenue Analyst works as a subject matter expert in all things billing and client relations, managing the information flow from other departments to ensure accurate, timely billing and revenue related accounting. This role covers all areas of accounting duties with a particular focus on revenue and collections.
Working with sales department to ensure timely delivery of data needed to invoice customers.
Creating invoices with accuracy and ensuring delivery to clients.
Sales Tax compliance.
Research customer issues and work to resolution.
Collections on past due receivables.
Initiate, monitor, and resolve customer inquiries.
Analyze revenue data for any types of adjustments needed.
Perform account reconciliations and other duties required for monthly accounting close.
Prepare ad-hoc analysis.
Ensuring systems have up-to-date information related to customers and revenue data.
Back-up for other areas of accounting, as needed.
Assist with corporate compliance (ad-hoc).
2-5 years of experience in Accounting including 1-2 in a similar role.
Accounting (or finance-related studies) degree.
Excellent Excel Skills, experience with G Suite.
A Problem Solver. Able to take limited information and follow through to solution.
Highly efficient and able to meet tight deadlines without direct supervision.
Comfortable using and pulling big data sets.
