Under the general supervision of the OIGRC Audit Program Supervisor, this position is primarily responsible for monitoring the OIGRC information systems, ensuring that required data is submitted to those systems, preparing reports which analyze submitted data and initiating investigation of variances based on the analysis. The position is also responsible for ongoing maintenance and monitoring of the system. As necessary, the position will perform maintenance and backup functions for the OIGRC Information Systems, including ensuring the performance of scheduled upgrades, backup monitoring and system updates as directed.
This incumbent will prepare monthly revenue verification reports and working with tribal and casino representatives to ensure the revenue verification process is completed within established timeframes. This position will be responsible for the process of ensuring required tribal payments to the state are calculated, confirmed, invoiced and collected in accordance with the provisions of the Compacts. In addition, this position is responsible for the analysis of gaming revenue through submitted tribal financial and security audits, tribal reports and documents.

Special Notes: Applicants for OIGRC employment must declare any financial interest in a tribe with gaming operations regulated by the OIGRC or any financial interest in a copy certified or seeking certification from OIGRC. Upon employment with the OIGRC, the employee must propose a plan for divestiture of financial interest within ten days of the completion of the probationary period.

Qualified applicants will have experience analyzing fiscal data and organizing findings into reports.
Well-qualified applicants will also have experience investigating and resolving identified data issues and experience in the gaming industry.
