Revenue Accountant at CareATC: You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the operational and technical aspects of the Companys revenue accounting. By partnering across business lines and functions you will be the accounting representative for revenue-related accounting activities, including billing.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for client billing, including preparing invoices in Intacct accounting system

  • Reviews all general ledger activity that is revenue related.

  • Analyzes and monitors accounts payable and receivable accounts, creating a balance between them.

  • Ensures that all monthly financial transactions are accurately recorded.

  • Works with other accounting staff to ensure that all payments are received on time as agreed.

  • Participates in monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting cycles.

  • Maintains the accounting standards and style of the company; and recommends improvements, adaptations, or revisions in the accounting system and procedures.

  • Submits records of accounts reconciliations to management as required.

  • Other Duties as assigned

You may be a fit if:

  • You have a minimum five years experience in accounting, including two years in a health care organization

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

  • CPA preferred

As a Senior Revenue Agent, you will be serving as the subject matter expert for the Petroleum & Chemical Industry.
