Revenue Accountant at CareATC: You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the operational and technical aspects of the Companys revenue accounting. By partnering across business lines and functions you will be the accounting representative for revenue-related accounting activities, including billing.
What you will be responsible for:
Responsible for client billing, including preparing invoices in Intacct accounting system
Reviews all general ledger activity that is revenue related.
Analyzes and monitors accounts payable and receivable accounts, creating a balance between them.
Ensures that all monthly financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Works with other accounting staff to ensure that all payments are received on time as agreed.
Participates in monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting cycles.
Maintains the accounting standards and style of the company; and recommends improvements, adaptations, or revisions in the accounting system and procedures.
Submits records of accounts reconciliations to management as required.

You have a minimum five years experience in accounting, including two years in a health care organization
