Returns Mail & Credit Processor

Stuller, Inc. is the largest jewelry manufacturing and distribution facility in the United States and an industry leader in the domestic and international jewelry sectors. In the role of a Returns Mail & Credit Processor, your main responsibility is to receive and sort incoming packages at the dock. You will prepare these packages for credit processing, ensuring accurate verification for those needing special attention. Additionally, you'll enter incoming mail into our tracking system and handle the processing of returned merchandise for credit or refund. Should the need arise, you'll also reach out to customers regarding any issues with their returns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and sort all incoming packages on the dock.

• Enter incoming mail and assist with in-house mail deliveries as needed.

• Scan barcodes on product labels and sort items into designated bins.

• Maintain accuracy in sorting and processing tasks.

• Order departmental supplies and prepare packages for credit processing.

• Sort, scan, and open returned merchandise, verifying packages requiring special attention.

• Communicate with customers regarding returns and handle specific department errors.

• Process customer returns for credit, refund, repair, or exchange.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to stand for 5 to 8 hours and lift 10 - 25 lbs. regularly.

• Basic reading and math skills.

• Capability to work at a fast pace and within a team environment.

• Excellent English communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).

• Effective decision-making abilities.

• Experience using a pallet jack is beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills.

• Previous experience in a similar role or industry.

• Familiarity with scanning and sorting technology.

• Proficiency in using email, telephone, and face-to-face communication effectively.
