The Return to Title IV Specialist is responsible for maintaining compliance within the function of Return of Title IV. The Specialist is responsible for reviewing and understanding federal methodology as it pertains to Return to Title IV, working on the Student Financial Services team in the areas of Return of Title IV adjustments, reaffirmations, lender notifications, and "WF" grade report.

Position Accountabilities

  • Compliance
  • Maintain compliance within the Return of Title IV (R2T4) function and remain fully knowledgeable of all aspects of the drop and withdraw process. Ensure adjustments and returns are completed in a timely manner compliant with federal regulations.
  • Operations
  • Process the Return of Title IV calculations and aid adjustments. Oversee completion of daily workload and ensure completion of scheduled tasks within assigned deadlines.
  • Student support
  • Process of "WF" report at end of each session to process R2T4 on students who fail due to not completing the term. Resolve student issues in cases of special handling. Manage the reaffirmation process for students returning to attendance within a semester.
  • Multi-department collaboration
  • Maintain professional working relationship with Registrar and Student Account departments and assist in achieving SFS departmental and organizational goals.
  • Other duties as assigned, as necessary.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required as position is compliance based.

  • Previous experience in Return to Title IV is desired.

  • Ability to work within complex data systems (CX/Jenzabar, PowerFaids).

  • Strong orientation toward a high volume and fast-paced environment with demonstrated experience in compliance.

  • Must be able to maintain exceptional level of accuracy while meeting tight deadlines.

  • Previous experience in financial aid or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

  • Ability to multitask, organize and establish priorities are required.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING As a Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist at Evolytics, you will be expected to: * Understand client measurement/design requirements and translate these business requirements into a written data collection implementation guide * Provide best-practice consulting services with our client technical teams to install, configure and use web analytics tools, tag management systems and A/B testing tools * Develop, customize, qa, and troubleshoot data collection code in complex environments with consistent use of tag management systems, JavaScript, HTML and CSS * Identify data collection issues and gaps * Maintain established data collection audit standards and lead audits to provide our clients with a guide that fully describes existing data quality and steps for improvement * Recommend and implement analytics tracking code needed for ongoing reporting and analysis activities * Project manage multiple client requests and project activities at any one time WHAT EXPERIENCE WOULD WE LIKE TO SEE? * 1+ years in Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics, with most of that time implementing it * 1+ years in Tag Management Systems (Adobe DTM and/or Launch, Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Ensighten Manage) * 3+ years in web development skills including JavaScript, HTML and JQuery * Writing experience to create reference manuals, developer guides, and code samples * Strong project management ability with attention to detail * Minimum of a Bachelors degree, or a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related technical discipline * Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future OTHER EXPERIENCE THAT IS HELPFUL, BUT NOT REQUIRED * Experience with server-side data collection tools such as Segment and Tealium EventStream * Google Analytics Individual Qualification or Adobe Certified Expert (Implementation/Testing) * Knowledge of/experience with A/B Testing platforms (Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Optimize) * Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint This role includes the unique opportunity to work alongside some of the best talent that you will find in the Digital Analytics industry worldwide.
