Your opportunity in this role:

  • Join the Retirement Consultation Team, a growing team of professionals, excited to help customers save for retirement and other financial goals by providing world class service and engaging in consultative discussions

  • Learn about Empower as a company, its culture, values, and its processes

  • Complete a robust, paid training program that will prepare you for success as an Empower Retirement Consultant and enable you to obtain valuable industry licenses

  • Practice active listening, open ended dialogue, and rapport building through our EMPOWER conversation model structured to gain in depth customer financial needs analysis, educate on solutions and help customers take appropriate next steps

  • Work with active and terminated participants of employer-sponsored plans to provide service, support advice and guidance on variety of needs including distribution and rollover options, consolidation, investment conversations, savings and contributions strategies, and more

  • Handle inbound conversations, make outbound calls, handle service requests, research and resolve issues, develop and implement strategies discussed to help customer achieve retirement goals.

  • Identify referral opportunities to partners who may provide next step or in depth complex solutions such as financial wellness, taxable investment strategies, or financial planning

  • Work on a team of approximately 12 to 18 other retirement consultants, working toward both individual goals and team goals to achieve customer excellence and sales targets

  • Advance career through future internal development opportunities

  • Demonstrate your positive attitude engaging with peers across the organization to problem solve and deliver results

  • Take complex retirement and financial decisions and simplify them so our customers are educated and extremely satisfied

  • Use innovative tools and services to find the best options and strategies to help customers keep the money they've saved working for them

  • Exceed sales and service goals by managing your time, conversations and activity.

  • Delight our customers through incoming and outgoing phone calls

What you bring to the role (Required):

  • Passion for financial concepts like investments, managed solutions and brokerage products

  • Desire to learn, adapt and change easily

  • Awesome technical skills utilizing various software such as Windows, Microsoft Office, SalesForce, and Netx360

  • Stellar verbal communication skills and can deliver persuasive solutions

  • Ease when managing multiple priorities and ability to handle stressful situations and people

  • Motivation to be a self-starter with the ability to master new information quickly

  • The desire to work in fun, fast paced environment and make a difference every day

  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional work experience

  • FINRA 7 and 63 registrations within corporate-established timelines

Lot Attendant - Sales - Lexus of Greenwood Village Lexus of Greenwood Village has an outstanding opportunity for a Lot Attendant to join the Holman family! What will you do? The Lot Attendant is responsible for keeping inventory neat and well maintained and for keeping the vehicles in proper places. You will also provide support to Sales or Service departments in maintaining all vehicles condition under the dealerships care and ensure all vehicle pathways maintain proper flow. The Lot Attendant is also responsible for: * Maintain vehicle storage lots in a presentable, well organized, clean manner. * Responsible for maintaining vehicle lot to ensure eye appeal for customers, as well as monitoring inventory to ensure cars are presentable for sales staff to show. * Move and relocate cars and ensure that all vehicles contain full tanks of fuel. * Maintain showroom display. * Verifies receipt of and performs a damage inspection on new vehicles delivered to the dealership.
