This exciting work at home job is a direct hire opportunity with OptimumCX LLC. Please pay close attention to the technology and environment requirements for this position. The Customer Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer service experience to small businesses located primarily in North America. Use your persuasion skills to win back customers and get rewarded! You will be responsible for retaining North American small business owners who are considering cancelling their subscription service. Youll actively listen to understand the customers reasons for leaving and retain them through a variety of defined playbook strategies. Specialists will be participating in paid, virtual training from home. Your ability to win over people with your positive attitude and persuasion skills will remind customers why they originally signed-up as well as promoting additional value in extending their cloud communications services monthly bonuses for meeting and exceeding targets!

Primary Job Functions:

  • Answer inbound calls, and make outbound calls, to small business owners who have indicated that they are planning to terminate their services
  • Achieve and exceed individual monthly targets
  • Probe for the reasons why the customer is planning to switch services
  • Execute best retention practices using your persuasion skills
  • Manage all interactions and offers in


    • Must be at least 18 years of ageMust have a HS Diploma/GED

Learn more about this agency Responsibilities * Resolve complex telecommunications and data collections problems. * Monitor and make configuration changes to statewide voice and data communications system. * Install, repair and maintain a wide variety of complex electronics equipment including VHF, UHF radio equipment and telephone equipment including single line and PBX systems. * Maintain automated inventory and applicable records for each piece of assigned tele-communications equipment. * Prepare specifications and requirements for proposals and contracts, review bids for vendor availability, and monitor vendor performance * Responsible for radio frequency management within the assigned area inclusive of maintaining records and licensing of all existing frequencies. * Prepare and forward requests for new licensing to the State Office. Work Environment: The lower climbing work is performed under variable and unpredictable working conditions in many locations, sometimes in inclement weather and at high altitudes. The incumbent will also be exposed to radio frequency hazards, high voltages, noise, and slippery and uneven surfaces. It also includes working in voice and data equipment rooms and computer rooms. Travel to field/remote communications sites in the desert, mountains, mud and snow using 4x4 vehicles, snowmobiles, 4-whecl all-terrain vehicles or aircraft is required. The incumbent will comply in utilizing all appropriate safely equipment, policies, and procedures.
