Compensation: $12 - $14.50 an hour, depending on performance.

This exciting work at home job is a direct hire opportunity with OptimumCX LLC. Please pay close attention to the technology and environment requirements for this position. The Customer Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer service experience to small businesses located primarily in North America. Use your persuasion skills to win back customers and get rewarded! You will be responsible for retaining North American small business owners who are considering cancelling their subscription service. Youll actively listen to understand the customers reasons for leaving and retain them through a variety of defined playbook strategies. Specialists will be participating in paid, virtual training from home. Your ability to win over people with your positive attitude and persuasion skills will remind customers why they originally signed-up as well as promoting additional value in extending their cloud communications services monthly bonuses for meeting and exceeding targets!

Primary Job Functions:

  • Answer inbound calls, and make outbound calls, to small business owners who have indicated that they are planning to terminate their services
  • Achieve and exceed individual monthly targets
  • Probe for the reasons why the customer is planning to switch services
  • Execute best retention practices using your persuasion skills
  • Manage all interactions and offers in Salesforce.com

    Requirements

    • Must be at least 18 years of ageMust have a HS Diploma/GED
    • Must be able to pass a background check
    • Able type a minimum of 30 WPM
    • Customer Service Experience
    • 1-2 years

The member will planning and facilitating ATV Rider courses, Road Show events, Outdoor ethics trainings and workshops, community hikes, Outdoor Ethics club, NOS summer camps/programs, promote the NOS outdoor ethics program through various forms of media, recruit volunteers, recruit youth for all programs, gather/obtain and keep tidy all necessary supplies. Enter participant numbers into database and help to compile monthly reporting, assist with development and utilize needs assessment tools and/or evaluations, assist with NOS classroom lessons and field trips, attend trainings, seminars and/or conferences related to service objectives and career development, participate in NOS community and special events.
