This is a great opportunity to work with a top brand to improve customer satisfaction and retention. You will work with consumers, primarily via email and social media, to resolve any issues with the product or customer understanding of the product.
Your objective is to retain customers and represent the product and the brand impeccably both online and via one-to-one correspondence with customers. Additionally, serve as point of contact for Better Business Bureau and state regulator interactions. May manage comments on Amazon, Facebook, and other social media platforms. Become an internal expert on all aspects of the product. Make recommendations for improving customer outreach.
Business writing skills (clarity, grammar, spelling, appropriate tone)
Writing samples will be required
Ability to solve both simple and complex customer issues
Use good judgment when guidelines are not available and to prioritize work
Maintain positive attitude
Provide service with patience, empathy, and ability to manage stress
Ability to work independently and be accountable
Highly organized with attention to detail
Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote
Experience with Medallia or other survey platform desired
Experience providing high quality customer service to consumers
Educational background that includes critical thinking and writing
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
