Heres the Job:

The role of this position will be within the marketing department to manage our customer retention efforts. The Retention Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the creation, implementation, and management of customer engagement, loyalty, and retention strategies that play a critical role in the growth of Global Healing Center. This specialist will need to understand each step of the customer journey and design touchpoint strategies dedicated to retention across multiple channels, through both digital and our delivery experience. It is their goal to provide value by improving the user experience for repeat customers to increase retention rate, customer lifetime value (LTV), and website revenue.

Accountability:

  • Develop, Establish, Optimize, and Maintain Global Healing Center Loyalty program

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop strategies, priorities, and cross-team processes with other Marketing Managers
  • Optimize funnel through various retention strategies such as email signups, CTAs, etc.
  • Map customer journey to maximize retention efforts by analyzing drop-offs
  • Identify baseline customer segments and map customer journey touchpoints
  • Deploy scalable A/B testing to extract maximum ROI from retention marketing
  • Develop, Establish, Optimize, and Maintain Global Healing Center Loyalty program
      • Research loyalty programs to find a best fit with our current ecommerce setup, email service provider, and reviews system
      • Develop an incentive system to achieve customer engagement through things like social media, reviews, repurchasing, trying new products, and subscribing to our marketing emails.
      • Track, analyze and monitor over time the engagement of customers with our brand.
      • Work with the marketing to develop an incentive for current customers to refer new customers
  • Continue to enhance and develop autoship program by adding more functionality and grow through targeted advertising on the website and emails
  • Maintain and optimize post-purchase experiences such as product tracking
  • Work with teams to launch an automated returns process
  • Understand and develop strategies to reduce customer dissatisfaction
  • Analyze customer survey responses to develop retention marketing tactics
  • Develop strategies to enhance the customer experience of our deliveries

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in retail marketing focusing on retention efforts and lifecycle conversion
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Passion for developing innovative and engaging marketing programs or promotions
  • Proven record of building and executing marketing loyalty programs
  • Customer journey, product marketing and/or analytics experience preferred
  • Understanding of marketing automation and customer segmentation
  • Proven ability to develop concrete, actionable plans based on consumer research and analysis
  • Strong understanding of digital and mobile marketing
  • Track record of successfully meeting and exceeding performance goals
  • Advanced knowledge of Google analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to work with various departments to resolve issues
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

The email marketing specialist is critical to doing this.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Here's the Job:</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced ambitious email marketer who is organized and can create, segment, review, qa, deploy, track, analyze and monitor all email campaigns to increase subscribers, purchases and engagement. Must be able to plan and schedule our recurring newsletters and auto triggered emails months ahead. Must communicate clearly with multiple teams for design, copy and programming to get emails scheduled out on time. The ideal candidate is obsessed with email, meets deadlines, is self-motivated and over communicates with all teams on email campaigns/projects.
