CROSSMARK Retail Reset Merchandisers are vital to our success! In fast paced retail environments, our specialized Retail Reset Merchandising teams are providing consumers with the opportunity to see and purchase the latest or improved products from our clients. Team members with a keen eye for detail will work with plan-o-grams and schematic layouts to implement merchandise resets for our retail clients across the United States.


  • Using plan-o-grams and schematic layouts, you'll implement department or brand resets in grocery/retail settings.

  • Provide excellent customer service and develop a professional working relationship with store management, associates, and other merchandising companies to meet company and client objectives.

  • Receive required products/materials to be utilized for resets at a secure location

  • Using web-based systems, provide end-of-day reports, recaps, and other information as required.

  • Ensure high levels of collaboration, engagement and customer service at all times.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

  • Prior retail reset or merchandising experience is highly preferred.

  • Ability to successfully complete scheduled department, brand or general reset work activities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication with store (client) personnel/management regarding tasks, sales activities, promotions and client sales plan objectives.

  • Strong execution skills with the ability to meet challenging/changing deadlines

  • Regular access to a computer or printer for assigned duties

  • Reliable Internet access

  • Basic computer literacy using internet platforms (Internet Explorer or Chrome)

  • Ability to navigate and utilize a tablet and or smartphone technology as required

  • Reliable transportation - must be able to transport yourself and required product/materials from your residence to execute a variety of work (must be able to travel to multiple locations, typically between 25-40 miles - mileage reimbursement is provided). Associate that utilizes a personal vehicle for business purposes are required to maintain a valid state-issued driver's license and the minimum auto insurance coverage specified by the associate's state of residence.

  • Language Skills:
    English is the primary language skill, however, bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.

  • This position requires the ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, or balance.

  • You must be able to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds from the floor to waist or chest high. Product resets can be very physical in nature. Reset activities could include removing items from the shelf, moving shelves, building fixtures and displays, reorganizing the products according to the Plan-o-gram provided, replacing shelf tags, filling in new products, and retrieving additional stock when necessary.

  • This role is not expected to exceed 24 hrs. a week, although the company does maintain discretion to change the hours, based on the needs of the client and or business. Typical hours of operation are from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5pm, with occasional projects requiring early morning (5 am-6 am), overnight travel, weekends or evenings as well. Availability preferences: Monday through Friday, with availability to work two to three 6-8 hour days, starting at 5 or 8 am.

Approximately 65,000 visits occur annually including Primary Care, Urgent Care, Occupational Health and Specialty Clinics. Counseling and Psychological Services (CPS) supports the emotional, psychological, educational, social and cultural development of all UC Berkeley students through a wide range of multiculturally based counseling, psychiatric, career, consultation, training and educational services. Learn more about UHS by visiting Responsibilities Grounded in a biopsychosocial approach to behavioral medicine, Psychiatrists provide students with comprehensive psychiatric assessment, evidence-based medical treatments, and ongoing management of a wide- variety of acute and chronic mental health conditions. In addition to providing direct clinical care to students, we collaborate closely with the clinicians at UHS and in the local community to provide psychiatric consultation, coordination of care, and continuity of care referrals when appropriate. I. Direct Patient Care - Performs procedures associated with area of specialization ( psychiatry). The Psychiatrist provides direct patient service including new patient evaluation (emergent, urgent and routine), follow up care and case management as required, consultation, etc. This includes the following: * Initial intake evaluation for patients referred to psychiatry. This includes an appropriate history, current medications, allergies, pertinent medical and psychiatric history and an appropriate mental status and physical examination. * Formulation of an appropriate initial mental health diagnosis, disposition and treatment plan. This includes: ordering and interpreting diagnostic test(s) as appropriate, recommending therapeutic treatment modalities (including medications), providing appropriate patient instruction and or referrals. Prior medical and/or mental health records from outside providers will be requested as appropriate. * Collaboration with all members of the medical and mental health care team * Monitor changes in clients mental illness, status, condition, or medication side effects * Consult with colleagues when appropriate. Clinical Consultation Sees psychiatry patients requiring a higher degree of subject matter expertise or primarily sees patients in a consultative basis in area of specialty. * The incumbent provides high quality psychiatry consultation regarding patient assessment and management for staff members in Clinical Services (physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants); Counseling and Psychological Services (including post docs, interns and other trainees); Social Services, and other UHS staff, as needed. * This may include identification and implementation of case management strategies, situation assessment and management (e.g. aberrant behavior), etc. Facilitation of care and appropriate disposition is emphasized. II. Management of Challenging Cases The incumbent provides consultation and assistance to assure appropriate management of complex cases. This may include assuming overall management of challenging clinical cases, complex family relationships or academic issues, aberrant behavior or suicide prevention and response. III. Administrative Review Requests for Medical Records From time to time, the Psychiatrist provides clinical analysis and input as needed to review outside requests for UHS psychiatry records. IV. Maintain professional standards of documentation. * Presenting problem, history, examination, clinical recommendations and other patient contacts will be documented in the psychiatric record. * Written chart notes are succinct, legible, accurate and completed in a timely fashion. * Informed consent is obtained and documented where applicable. * Medication allergies and side effects are documented appropriately. * Initial intake, closing summaries, referral forms, and other required documentation are completed appropriately. V. Organizational Responsibilities * Demonstrate a positive and constructive attitude that facilitates the goals and mission of UHS * Adhere to principals of quality, and client oriented standards. * Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and sensitivity in all interactions with clients and staff regardless of cultural, racial/ethnic background, sexual or gender orientation. * Refer administrative inquires, client complaints/concerns to appropriate supervisors. * Maintain knowledge of client rights and responsibilities, and established rules of confidentiality and patient privacy. * Maintain psychiatric and medical record confidentiality. * Maintains an understanding of the social, cultural and environmental context of health, including mental health on the college campus. Required Qualifications Knowledge and Skills: * Significant clinical experience in Psychiatry * Expert clinical skills. * Must be able to communicate with both patients and clinical staff members. * Must have effective diagnostic and decision making skills in area of specialty/expertise. * Must be able to work in a collaborative manner. * Must be able to diagnose patient condition and make associated treatment recommendations. * Must be able to influence others. * Requires knowledge of electronic/medical records systems. * Must be computer literate.
