Retail Supervisor Position (Zone Manager) - Albany, NY - HIRING NOW!

Our location Retail Stores in Albany Airport is now hiring for a Supervisory position - Zone Manager, Full Time (Approximately 45 hours per week, flexible schedules)

Position Description Summary:

A Zone Manager partners with the General Manager in the operations of store(s) through leadership managing, training, coaching and mentoring fellow associates to deliver first-class customer service experience in-store execution.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Put the customer first at all times.
Demonstrate selling experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented retail setting.
Demonstrated ability to Greet, Sell, and Thank the customer.
Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team orientated environment
Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Records Check, Paradies Background Check, and the applicable FAA requirements Department of Transportation requirements
Computer work, heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), long-standing periods, climbing lifting, bending, nights or weekend work, based in a store or group of stores; early morning, evening, and weekend work and holiday
