SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES
Associate Degree with three Years Management experience or
Minimum five years of management experience in lieu of education
Experience and ability to develop in-store merchandising.

Supervisory responsibility for all team members
Manage and monitor workflow
Oversees quality control
Maximizes donor relations and tracks the continuous development of donor and community relationships.
Manages store operations regarding recruiting, hiring, training and team development
Maintains appearance of store, displays to ensure a functional and inviting atmosphere
Ensures high level of excellent customer service
Provides timely and accurate reporting for various areas of operation
Manages relative fiduciary responsibilities for cash drawers, deposits, petty cash, etc.
This job operates in a retail/warehouse environment. Team members may be subject to indoor and outdoor conditions, dust, dirt, irritants and other allergens, noise, heat and cold temperatures.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to use hands to fingers, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching. The team member must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Occasional travel required to assist other locations, attend meetings and/or to participate in professional development opportunities.
