Relevant and Successful experience in a hospitality, spa, retail, or fitness setting while holding a position of responsibility
Be both willing and able to work retail hours (mix of days, evenings and weekends in rotation)
Successful sales experience, you must be able to sell so you can lead your team by example
Customer Service- You must like people and they must like you
Training- Experience as an effective Trainer and Motivator as part of building a winning team
Preference will be given to applicants who have completed a 4-year degree in a relevant field of study, but we value experience over education
Compensation is a combination of Salary and Spa Sales and Spa Performance Bonuses plus Complimentary Services. This position will earn between 40k to over 60k annually.

Job Responsibilities Include
Effectively manage spa associates, estheticians and therapists while motivating the team in a fun, fast paced environment
Team Building including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling
Selling memberships and delivering great customer service to existing and new clients
Maintaining a professional and impeccable spa environment for members, guests and employees
Meet monthly, quarterly and annual membership, product and gift card goals
Working various and changing days and hours (weekend days, opening and closing required) Scheduled 40-hour work week
