THE JOB:

As a Retail Selling Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting the management team in achieving store goals, assisting with the training and development of the staff and ensuring service standards consistently align with the department and property direction

THE STARTING PAY: $17.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Exhibit business acumen by reviewing store results to achieve financial success and store profitability

• Develop a highly engaged, valued and effective team by practice of observations, coaching, feedback sessions and recognition.

• Participate in our sales incentive program, where you're rewarded for achieving sales goals.

• Take ownership on store visual standards, merchandising expectations and store/stockroom cleanliness

• Support continuous improvement by actively identifying new ways of doing things and taking calculated risks
