Come join our growing National Retail Team as the Retail Scheduling Coordinator! You will sit on the Retail Team, which is responsible for developing partnerships with Retailers - including Costco, The Home Depot and BJ's Wholesale - staffing those retail stores with Sunrun advisors, and ensuring that those staffed stores are effectively producing sales for Sunrun.
You will partner with our sales managers to see that they are properly utilizing our scheduling system, (Skeudlo) on a daily basis, overseeing the process to ensure that we are staffing our 400-person sales organization in Retailer's stores to our maximum ability and that we are reporting on our success of staffing those stores. This is an extremely high impact position, and is vital to driving the top of the sales funnel! The ideal employee is a highly driven, detail-oriented person who is able to easily adapt to new business requirements and ensure compliance within our retail processes.
Own the creation and distribution of regular scheduling reports, providing critical visibility to help answer questions such as:
Are we staffing our retail stores as much as we planned?
Are our representatives showing up to shifts on time?
When are the optimal times to staff our teams in retail stores to maximize lead generation and sales volume?
Are any of our sales leaders under-scheduling, and why?
Support Revenue Ops with the implementation of tool enhancements, working with cross-functional partners to test the enhancements and build the proper training materials before launching to the sales team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the Talent and Training Teams to ensure all new hires are issued a system license and that all field team members are properly trained on the scheduling tool and adhering to best practice.
Maintain our retail schedule, including:
Populating the Skedulo tool once our Retail partners have allocated the schedule
Updating the Skedulo tool in real-time as scheduling changes occur
Identify opportunities and provide recommendations to improve the tool and the process to make it as useful as possible for the sales organization.
Pull and manage daily check-in and schedule allocation reports.
Provide customer service and troubleshooting support to our sales team.
Provide ad hoc support on other strategic retail initiatives as needed.
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of professional experience required
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to effectively prioritize, multitask and switch from one task to another with ease
Superior customer service skills
Self-starter with a can-do attitude; ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal guidance
Able to manage multiple high-priority projects at a time
Expert problem solver and good analytical skills
Flexible and willing to adapt to new challenges and processes
Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working with Excel, Salesforce, Google tools
Proficient with Salesforce
Experience with Skedulo is a bonus
