We are in search of a Retail Team Member Part Time to join our Timber team at our Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

About the role

Greet and assist guests in a personable and enthusiastic manner. Create memories for families and deliver excellent guest experience which is our highest priority.

What will you be doing?

• Operate POS terminal system

• Facilitate daily cashiering functions

• Ensure all retail outlets are kept clean, orderly with creative and attractive displays.

• Answer guest questions about the resort and the region

• Hand dip ice cream, prepare ice cream floats, sundaes and shakes.

• Perform other duties as requested such as fill in shelves so it is full and other duties directed by retail team.

What do you bring to the role?

• Minimum high school diploma preferred

• Previous cash handling experience preferred

• Previous POS experience preferred

• Must be service orientated and have the ability to take direction

• Take pride in your work by creating positive energy, excitement and fun.

• Respect for all other co-workers and guests

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment

• Act ethically and honestly in all business practices and builds professional relationships by building trust

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

• Be able to stand for long periods of time.
