Retail Sales Rep & Shipping/Receiving Associate

Immediate opening for a Retail Sales Rep & Shipping/Receiving Associate in the Dayton, OH area! Who We Are11th Hour Staffing Inc. is a family-owned-and-operated business that is passionate about recruiting, customer service, and our community. We are positioned to be your one-stop staffing resource for all your hiring & employment needs from entry-level to executive, spanning across all industries. Responsibilities: 

• Assists with and sells company products and services to customers in a retail environment, as well as via telephone and electronic inquiries.
• Acts as part of a sales team, supporting other sales staff and production areas.
• Responds to customer inquiries for the purpose of taking orders. 
• Handle will-call pickups of orders, and process credit card transactions.
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations on a daily basis.
• Focus on retaining and growing an existing customer base.
• May also be involved in order fulfillment, post-sales or administrative related activities.
• Applies understanding of company policies and procedures to resolve complex issues and further address customer needs.

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience required.
• Requires computer literacy- Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and follow detailed instructions.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
