- Responsible for selling services and products to retail customers.
- Provide professional appearance and service level to all customers.
- Manage customer calls and assist with inquiries.
- Schedule customer appointments.
- Handle billing in the computer system in a timely fashion.
- Order tires and parts as needed.
- Maintain the customer showroom.
- Handle payroll for your department.
- Assign technicians jobs.
- Handle disciplinary actions.
- Manage schedules for your employees based on department needs.
- Handle new hires for your department with paperwork and onboarding.
- Maintain OSHA guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Other duties can and will arise, and candidate should be prepared to take on these challenges openly.
- High School degree or GED required.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
- Tire/service knowledge.
- Must be able to work independently and also in a team environment.
