JOB TYPE - Permanent, Part-time, Hourly Associate, ON SITE!!
2-3 year of experience in a high-volume customer facing environment
This position will require an individual that has top notch customer service skills and experience. They will be coordinating with our IKEA Business customers on business orders and will be communicating with them via email, over the phone and in person (in store only). They will also need to possess a strong ability to stay organized, multitask and need to follow up with the customer to ensure that they had a fantastic purchasing experience with IKEA.
HOURS - From 12-20 hours per week
5 days availability needed.
SHIFT - Seeking work schedule availability of Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday as a minimum requirement. The operations generally range between the window of 8am to 11pm, and the work schedules are published three weeks in advance.
PAY - The starting rate/salary for this position ranges from $16.90 to $24 and will be based on relevant work experience.

What you'll be doing day to day
Assisting customers and providing advice on the best solutions for their homes.
Keeping your sales floor tidy, priced and fully stocked to give customers a positive shopping experience.
Acting as an expert and consultant on a broad range of home furnishing solutions, products and services to inspire and inform customers.
Guiding customers toward top-selling and prioritized products.
Assembling display products for the introduction of new products.
