Job Description:

• Guide customers through the purchase decision and activation process of Cox product offerings (cable, data, voice, and wireless)

• Responsible for meeting established sales objectives by matching customer needs with the right products and services

• Ensure individual sales targets are met

• Execute promotions and campaigns designed to increase brand equity and achieve sales objectives

• Build and maintains relationships with potential and existing customers

• Aid customers in completing purchases and resolving issues

• Strive to exhibit best-in-class customer service skills

• Contribute to sales area up-keep and cleanliness

• Clearly explain and illustrate product and service capabilities and continuously expand on industry knowledge

• May be required to work in other locations that are in proximity to 'home store' to meet the needs of the business

• No door-to-door, cold calling, or telemarketing

Qualifications:

• HS diploma or GED

• 1 or more year of experience preferred in related field preferred (i.e. Sales, Retail Sales, etc.)

• Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience target goals

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends, evenings, and holidays

• Computer literacy with an aptitude for learning communication products and services

• Must have reliable, consistent transportation and ability to work at a variety of retail locations

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively sell products using a solutions-based approach
