Are you a passionate recruitment professional with a knack for finding the perfect match? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and love the challenge of matching the right talent with the right opportunities? Princess Polly is looking for a dynamic Retail Recruitment Specialist to join our team!

In this role, you'll use your expertise to connect the right talent with the right job, team, and culture just in time. You will use proven methodologies to assess candidates, ensuring they meet the job requirements while aligning with our company's goals and values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment Mastery:

  • Become the TX Retail Team subject matter expert for Lever , our ATS, and other recruitment systems specifically

  • Develop and execute job advertisements in a timely manner

  • Utilize our scorecard methodology for recruitment to ensure high-quality hires.

  • Fill full-time roles within time to fill and time to hire metrics

  • Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

  • Track time and cost metrics for all recruitment activities.

Team Experience & Collaboration:

  • Role model our core values and contribute to making Princess Polly a great workplace.

  • Treat all workers respectfully and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.

  • Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience in collaboration with the Director of Team Experience.

Attraction, Selection & Onboarding:

  • Act as the face of retail talent acquisition, responding to inquiries from hiring managers and candidates.

  • Promote our Employer Value Proposition internally and externally.

  • Support the recruitment process to ensure role expectations are clear and the right people are hired.

  • Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless Day 1 experience.

Training & Development:

  • Stay up-to-date with current talent acquisition strategies and industry trends.

  • Embrace lifelong learning and incorporate new knowledge into your daily work.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, THIS IS WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AS OUR RETAIL RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST:

30 Days:

  • Become adept at using our ATS and recruitment systems.

  • Post job advertisements within 24 hours of approval.

  • Start using the Who scorecard methodology for recruitment.

  • Have 3-5 requisitions at the onsite interview stage.

60 Days:

  • Fill full-time roles within 30 days of advertising being posted live.

  • Build several talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.

  • Achieve a quality hire closing ratio of 33% for CV submittals vs. placements.

  • Track time and cost metrics for all recruitment activities accurately.

90 Days:

  • Garner at least 3 to 5 referrals from team managers for each role before sourcing.

  • Become a subject matter expert on Lever and execute training modules for new hiring managers.

  • Present recommendations to improve the recruitment process and time to hire through system enhancements or new recruitment tools.

COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in recruitment, preferably in retail or a related industry.

  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions quickly and efficiently.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to assess candidates effectively using various interview and selection techniques.

  • Proficiency in sourcing strategies, including social media recruiting and talent pipeline development.

  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

SALARY BANDING: 95k-110k

$95,000 - $110,000 a year
